1/ was upgraded to a huge 2 room suite with windows on both sides
2/ 2 bottles of water with a plat card waiting for me in the room
3/ given a choice of 500 spg points, free gift, US$5 food and beverage voucher
4/ complimentary buffet breakfast

And the hotel has super high speed interenet, free.

Very pleased and got it for only 3500 SPG points/night under the plat half points offer.
