have been reversed for people in the past - you have been warned! If this relies on booking the base fare then trying to MFU over the phone, personally I think that's a no-no: it can (AFAIK) get agents in to trouble (and again, they've been reversed in the past too).
The last travel shop sale was great (someone clearly forgot the no-MFU T&C, several of us benefited from it with a clear conscience

Or maybe it's just the relentless changes/cutbacks/screw-ups over the past few months making even me tire of BA's attitude a tad. Or maybe both.
