Heh, the question wasn't about *using* a paper cert, it was about *getting* a paper cert.

I used to always try to swing upgrade certs as a VDB option simply because I liked the definitive paper aspect (that and it's a lot easier to give a paper cert to Mom to use). Was just suprised to see that GAs are now giving out electronic certs for CS reasons.
