There are cheaper hotels around, but it sounds like you have decided yet !
I dont know but I´d suggest to check the FRA homepage and the schedules. It shouldnt be a problem even if it´s not the most comfortable way.
OK, if you dont want to sleep it doesnt matter. There is T-Mobile wireless internet available and you can purchase different passes !
