Northwest Airlines and Wayne County Announce On-Time Arrival for New Midfield Terminal


ROMULUS, Mich., July 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Northwest Airlines (Nasdaq: NWAC) and Wayne County, Mich., announced today that construction of the Northwest World Terminal complex, located in the Edward H. McNamara Terminal at Detroit Metro Airport, will be completed in December and will officially open to customers on January 20, 2002.
