I just came off a OZ flight LAX ICN BKK. It was like flying two different airlines.
LAX-ICN was on a very dated C Seat in the upper deck. Service was good, Wine was great, but IFE was virtually not existent, no aminity kits and a ground service was substandard. ICN BKK was on a new A330. Serving Espresso, AVOD, Lie Flat seats and a great crew.
I would flie them again if they had the A330 on the longhaul, but I will not book the B747 again if they do not remodel the aircraft.
