Ah, yes, Freccia Alata would be of no help with lounge access for someone on an RTM-AMS flight unless they came in from out of the country--maybe some ST E+s do 'lounge runs'--kind of like mileage runs, except you add an int'l jaunt to your itin just to get lounge access.
