Almost. The additional charge will be 40 GBP ($78) as 40GBP is already included in the ticket cost for an economy class ticket. Currently upgraders are assessed 20GBP additional for flights ex-LGW. I can't imagine too many people want the Go Sleeper upgrades ex-LGW, and there is no additional fee for travel ex-USA.
