While there are certainly exceptions (individual rentals, specific stations) I would endorse this generalization.
One of the reasons most companies stick with avis through thick and thin is the back end agreements.
Yup.
I, for one, provide much better service than the average avis manager. But then again, maybe thats why i am no longer there.
