Could not agree more. The old Bangkok airport was at least user friendly. This new one is terrible...and I fly very very often around Asia. The new airport was about to have a "Grand Opening" but the Thai goverment postponed the grand opening admitting it was a long way from perfect. The one thing that just blows my mind is the shops, EVERY single shop is aimed at the customer who is super rich....it's really a screwed up airport yet very pretty to look at.
