It's worse. You know those wide-axle buses they use to ferry people to/from the IFT? Well, they have one of those babies parked and idling outside the pass office. You get assigned a number as you get on the bus. When that number is called, you get a number to go into the building housing the pass office, at which point you could be in for a lengthy wait. I've heard they stop giving out numbers for the bus well before lunch.

Oh yeah, and despite the obvious backlog, the GTAA staff STILL don't do weekends.

Calling these guys clowns would be insult to the fine men and women who entertain us under the big top.
