I couldn't upgrade for GPB 50, out of LGW to KEF a few days ago. I just took me to the information page. BA Tech Support was useless and told me no seats available, even though it showed up when I was processing my OLCI. When I arrived at the airport, the was no problem upgrading at that time.

Now, in process of OLCI for return to LGW from KEF, I am unable to change my seat--something I had no problem doing a few days ago. It just skipped that step altogether.

Then, after completing OLCI, I tried to process a different, later flight, tomorrow, but when I click OLCI, it then takes me to the earlier KEF-LGW flight, inviting me to reprint the BP. Very frustrating. However, perhaps not as frustrating as being grounded at LHR for the past few days.
