Wow, you use biittchhhyyy alot... maybe you acted that way and were treated that way in return? I know a business shouldn't treat customers like this, but I guess if customers keep dumping on service staff like this, maybe the agents just lost it, you know? And were the men angry because their luggage was overweight or because they got caught at being overweight?
