I wonder if the other major Canadian airports are in the same spot and are just keeping it quieter than GTAA able to or if all were ready for this well in advance.
I know YYC started issuing these as far back as April and it seems like
everyone pretty well has the new ones. There was some long line ups
for a couple of weeks but that was about it.
