Maybe it's because I've flown well over a thousand flights on Delta out of DCA that I had issues there.

Some of my worst experiences -- and all of my experiences with Delta's own check-in staff worldwide that have been sub-par -- were with Delta and Delta Shuttle ground staff at DCA.

DL's folks at LGA Marine Air Terminal, on the other hand, have always been very good to me.
