Completely agree. Tonight I had to pick my daughter at ORD and flight status showed it at 7:20. I always check Flightaware and they showed 8:10...guess what time it arrived..8:10. I don't even pay attention to flight status. UAL even showed "in flight" while it sat on the ground for another 45 minutes!
