Bethune is not there to become CEO. He has already retired from CO so if anything he is ahead of Greenstein. He is currently chairman of the board of Aloha Airlines, but that requires far less time than a CEO.

Clearly the creditors are not sure about anything yet. They are on the fence and need a third party to look at the both plans and give them a frank analysis.

Hopefully this will end quickly and the new year will bring a decision from the creditors, since I think all here want the suspense to end quickly.
