Delta website says that 100% of the proceeds go to the Breast Cancer Research Fund.

First - You always have other "free options" which you can take rather than the Pink Lemonade.

Second - Rather than cribbing about having to pay $2 for the Pink Lemonade, one should be proud that their $2 went for a cause.

On one of my Delta flights, the Pilot came out before the flight and announced the charity drink and encouraged passengers to support the charity. He even made an announcement that he will buy any Pink Lemonades left at the end of the flight to help support the cause!

So go ahead and support the charity if you so desire, if not, enjoy one of the other free drinks!
