I had an bad/good experience. Was going to Monaco. Selected one of their listed hotels. Get there and guess what? The hotel was not yet open for business yet - workers were busily putting the final touches on everything and thought they'd be done in two weeks. The initial horror of being in a far away land with no place to stay was taken care of well though - got AAVacations on the line and more or less forced them to put me up at the only other hotel (Hotel Grand Monte Carlo or something to that effect) for the same price. Scolded them for not getting in touch with me to warm me about this - between having my phone number, email, and having me on an AA plane from LAX - CDG, I figured they had ample opportunity.

So I probably would use them again - I'd just recheck everything to make sure they didn't bone it up.
