Interesting that good 'ol Alaska gets it right when sending a gift of appreciation to it's top-tier frequent fliers. I have yet to receive even a "Thank You" note from Mr. Kellner at CO! I fly AS and CO almost exclusively. Any others out there who have status on NW, AA, DL, etc who wish to add to this? Do you get ANY token of appreciation at year's end other than your card for the next year?
I used to get a birthday card from Southwest Airlines every year when I lived in Texas flew them a lot. I don't fly them anymore, so no more cards. (I'd rather have the cookies from AS any day!)
