It's a good point, of course, and if people read the many useful bits of information on FlyerTalk (The Help Menu alone leads to FAQ and New Users Guide, which include suggestions on posting and starting threads,) or used the New Member post in the Unofficial Guide to the forum sticky, they would be more informed about this issue.

More than one FT-AA member has recommedned a time delay between signing up and being allowed posting privileges. And some members are written PMs with suggestions leading to better thread starting / titling. Nonetheless, we will still see vague thread titles, etc. so it may also be up to us to not allow these things to push our buttons.
