I have an itinerary for which I have applied for mileage-based upgrades and the upgrades have not yet cleared. The itinerary shows under "Manage Reservations" but I get an error when I try to look at the reservation. The web support folks tell me that there is a bug, and this reservation will not be viewable until all waitlisted segments have cleared.
Which is funny, because I have the exact same issue, and I can see the itinerary just fine. Of course, it has -35 hours between my last segment and the first of the waitlisted segments, but that bug is more humorous than annoying.
