I just called MP today about my missing cookies. After several apologies I was assured that I would get them eventually. Seems they may have had some fulfillment issues.

Interesting that good 'ol Alaska gets it right when sending a gift of appreciation to it's top-tier frequent fliers. I have yet to receive even a "Thank You" note from Mr. Kellner at CO! I fly AS and CO almost exclusively. Any others out there who have status on NW, AA, DL, etc who wish to add to this? Do you get ANY token of appreciation at year's end other than your card for the next year?
