Excellent, excellent, excellent point. Thank you, crhptic.
there are two sides to everything but that's totally stupid. I mean, firstly, the airline is not going to just let you fly on some other day without making you pay huge fees. Sure, the kids should be more behaved, etc but you cannot control all the actions of all the people all the time! I have seen frustrated passengers get angry, look angry, pout, fuss and mumble... Arent kids acting up sort of being the same way except they are doing it in kid-mannerisms? What do you expect, some family of 5 is supposed to rebook ALL those tickets so YOU can enjoy the effin movie? And at what cost to each new ticket (due to horrid airline fees of these days)? Maybe they should spend the money on education but that's not for YOU to dictate mid flight!
I have a 6 month old baby girl. Should she NOT be able to fly just IN CASE she cries mid flight when going overseas to see family?
Where does it end?
I would like to see all of that rephrased. I dunno, maybe the people who agree with it were never kids or never had any.
I only have the little baby now and she happened to be really quiet on her first and only international round trip, and we are good parents anyway. But who knows the reason why the kids act up! What if one is sick or has an ear pressure problem? What if some jerk adult had too many drinks or is totally huge and smells like a pig sitting next to me? Sure, some people suck and so maybe some families should get their act together when it comes to raising their children, but c'mon... gimme a break!
Gawd!
