Well my LIN-LHR BA569 flight this evening has been cancelled, and now 2 things have really hacked me off...ba.com sucks. Anyone else try to rebook their flights online (as the helpful email and ba.com itself suggest is possible)? I went into MMB and clicked on the rebook online bitton, but the cancelled flight is shown as "Travelled" under status and consequently "Unavailable for Change". How terribly helpful. Not.
So I try to call BA in Italy and end up in a queue (having waited til 9am when office hours supposedly start)...after 5 minutes I get disconnected and now the number is permanantly engaged.
Nice one BA.
Update: just managed to get through. The call centre's systems are not fully operational either...but as all remaining Milan-LHR flights are full in ET (and we were cheapo ET at that) we've had to move into J

...the agent didn't know if the move would be FOC or not though...we can only hope
