I had the same problem for 2 recent Scandic stays (one in Copenhagen and one in Norway). Neither posted almost 4 weeks later....I called the Diamond line tonight and they posted them for me. At first they wanted me to fax the receipt in, but then they accepted the confirmation number since I used the pre-pay function.
