I purchased a one-way "bargain" fare just over 24 hours ago and lo and behold, I discover the same fare for the same flight/date has dropped $20 this morning (79 to 59).

I really wish AS would allow you to reuse funds online like Southwest does. I don't think it's worth the effort of phoning AS to get a $20 credit if it costs me $10 to use it.

On the upside, I nearly booked two more round-trips on the same route Tues, so I'm glad I held off.
