This issue has come up before.
AFAIK, SkyEurope is very clear that they fly you to Bratislava and from there it's a cab, bus, whatever to Vienna. I think they also run their own bus service.
Try flying Ryanair to "Paris" and finding out you wind up at Beauvais.
