If it's any help, I sent an email to them requesting my miles when they didn't post. I just "replied" to the order confirmation I received from ebags. They replied within a few days to say they would manually post the miles to my account. A couple weeks later, still no miles, so I replied to their reply to inquire again. I got an extremely helpful response saying exactly when my miles were added to the database sent to NW, etc. The miles posted within a day after that.

Granted, it would have been better if they had posted my miles in the first place, but I did find that emailing them did the trick. Good luck!
