So who's the guy with the nasal voice/chicago accent that we all know and love who gives the TSA relaxed regulation announcement (that has played far too long), the "thank you for calling United, all our agents are busy" and other dramatic announcements. i'm sick of hearing him. And how come he doesn't do the "your call will be answered in 92 minutes or when we get better customer service" announcement? And who is she who does that one? Somebody knows these people. TELL ME! I listen to them more than I do to my mother.
