Just my .02, but I wouldn't go out of my way to book a 777 out of ORD. If you are going to be in coach the flight from SFO is shorter, and since you have status you should book into E+.

I am on the ORD - PVG flight quite regularly and coach is often completely full. Are you looking to get an op-up?
