I never said anything about PHL having great service.
I had multiple problems, the first when they gave my seat away because my incoming flight was 15 minutes early but we sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes. I ran to the gate and they said we didn't think you were coming so they gave my seat away.They did get me a middle seat in the back, oh how nice. Unless things have changed don't try to go to the "US Airways" customer service desk if you have an east itineary, you will be told we can only service america west operated flights. I can go on but you get the point. At the time I was only a PP and there were a lot of computer problems.
