If I'm not mistaken, the shuttles have special arrangements with LGA and/or the PANYNJ to "cut the lines" on departures and arrivals. jetBlue is committed to the BOS-JFK-IAD runs and the loads and yields have been nice. I think they expressed interest in LGA shuttles should a DL/US merger occur. Only time will tell...
