Schedule changed due to "Customer Service"?

Looking at UA flight 664's status for tomorrow (SEA-ORD), it shows a 12 minute delay with the details:
Departure
------
Airport: Seattle/Tacoma, WA (SEA)
Scheduled departure: 11:10 AM
Actual: 11:22 AM
Reason: Schedule change due to Customer Service
Terminal: North Satellite
Gate: N2
Any idea on what might cause that? Or how to go about getting Customer Service to delay one of MY flights in the future to better suit my schedule?
