I think they do have bassinet positions, because when I look at the VS website for information about infants, there is a special disclaimer saying that 747-400 servioces to Manchester and Gatwick do NOT have UpperClass bassinet service. So by process of elimination, I am assuming Heathrow services do. Its weird though that their telephone services know nothing about this.

I will probably drop by the sirport to get seat assignments, if nobody here knows the answer. Appreciate your help though!
