Has anyone heard anything on this recently, or received the settlement? The background can be found here.

I tried the website listed in the original, http://www.lipumasettlement.com but it seems to be dead.

Googling the case gives this link to an objection to the settlement filed back in 2005, but nothing as a follow-up.

Strange. I wish I had posted the telephone number of the administrator I contacted back in June.
