Nah, I'll stick with UA metal and earn the BIS, MM, and e500s. I flew on AC using a C class award ticket. A friend of mine was redeeming miles from US for the same flights. It was rather tricky getting it all to work. Fortunately or unfortunately the AC flight only had first, but not the flat bed. The C cabin on the UA 777 from SEA-NRT (direct!) was amazing.

Oh yeah, we were also flying from KIX-YVR-SEA ... that's the reason we couldn't get back on the UA flight. Gosh, after almost three years my memory goes dim!
