My recommendation is to first check the availability of F for the long segment only first - then check the one-way with the two connections. Yes CO.com will show F when only 1 of 2 segments is available. Sometimes you will accept the coach segment if that is the short segment. If it does not come up as a combo on co.com - then call CO. No booking fee for CO Plat.
