Yes, it's kind of ironic that the FAA is now paying to noise-proof my mom's house, in light of how quiet and efficient modern high-bypass turbofans have become. OTOH, I was over there Monday and the ANG F-16's were doing high-G turns after liftoff in afterburner with the nozzle pointing right at the house. Brought back a lot of memories. Rattle themwindows

While fun to discuss, I'll bet the airlines have all this stuff figured out to the Nth degree.

Not a good idea to blast any of those with jet exhaust from a heavy going into the adjacent gate. The last one in particular. They tend to not like it.
Try enplaning/deplaning at 87A when a couple of widebodies are bracketing it. They oughta hand out earplugs and safety goggles
