when being transferred to an agent...is this a joke? please tell me it is...Ive tried calling the last hour and have been talking to mr fake voice guy and then when he tranfers me to an agent i get a busy signal. a busy signal sometimes is better than speaking to an indian call center, but not this time....
anyone know what the deal is over in hyderabad?
