The guy checking my ID (not a TSA employee) looked at me and said "You need to cut your hair to match this photo" It was a TEN YEAR OLD DL Photo. TN doesn't require photos too often. As my boyfriend said... "what am I suppose to do? I don't think I can grow the hair back"

Of course the guy who said this to me had hands so DIRTY that I thought my DL needed to be disinfected (the area under his nails was BLACK) and he was just generally RUDE! I dealt with him several times. He didn't give the city a good name!
