To reassure you, I have managed the following T1-T5 connection.

1800 plane (UA) touches down.
1806 disembark and run!
1823 board BD flight to MAN at T5

So 1hour 20 should be fine. I have even managed a 45 min T5-T1 transfer including clearing immigration in Y (without running!).
