Perhaps, perhaps not. Less likely with the Coupon booklets, I would imagine. However, actual President's Club members (like myself) need not be flying CO, or any airline for that matter, for entry to a President's Club. Simply presenting a President's Club card at a CO check-in counter (at least in the US) is sufficient to snag a security pass from the check-in agent to pass into the airside area and avail oneself of the free booze and wi-fi.

Considering my hometown of Houston has the nicest club in the whole system in Terminal E...this is a significant benefit.
