Preferred Rewards Green Card = $95 (Up to 5 Additional Cards are available for $30.)

Preferred Rewards Gold Card = $125 (Up to 5 Additional Cards are available for $35.)

Rewards Plus Gold Card = $150 (Up to 5 fee-free Additional Cards) Also, this card earn double points during the first year (1.5 thereafter) on transactions at Membership Rewards transfer partner airlines and hotel chains.

Note that the American Express website will offer a 5,000 point activation bonus for any of these cards if you click the Apply Now button, then leave the page without applying by (for example) using the browser <Back> function.
