Unlikely since the very first line in the T&C says:

1. Tickets can be booked and ticketed by calling the following dedicated toll free telephone number 1-866-326-1204 or by any Canadian or USA travel agency. Offer cannot be booked or ticketed by British Airways directly or on BA.com.

And as I recall BA will only do MFU on tickets it sells itself, not ones issued by TA's.
