I signed up their long distance service over their online enrollment form about a month ago, but switch haven't happened. I called them yesterday asking status, and the rep answered he can't find my record...

Anyway, some other partners' miles post quite quickly. My ClickRewards miles, Budget rent-a-car miles and Doubletree stay miles posted within a week. So there may be someone who've already had 5 credits in the first two weeks of this promotion period and just received 10,000 miles recently...
