Stupid rules, but at least I have my coat off, shoes off, laptop out, fluids in my plastic bag (which they do not even look at !! Last scanner just threw my coat over it), prescription drugs with my name on (but hey I have two bags)etc etc.... Consistency is the problem and the fact that BAA cannot man the scanners and have staff gassing about Eastenders...and not doing what they should do ... I could go on but you are right stupid rules.
