The ex-JQ 717-200s stored at Brisbane Airport will be transferred to Tamworth (medium-term storage) within the next month due to problems with aircraft corrosion at BNE Airport.
It would be nice to hear something about plans for the 717-200s post storage
Rumours are still rife about the 717s being transferred to National Jet (WA, NT, QLD ops) or being transferred to Melbourne and Sydney for Tasmanian flights (i.e. QFLink scrap DH8/3 to LST and replace with 717-200).
