A few days. But it seems AA.com has been very buggy the past few days so I'd give it a bit of leeway. (Not sure if the bugginess is just the user interface or if there's something awry in the heart of the beast.)
It has now been over a week. The online form to claim credit says I need to wait 15 days. The only reason that I'm antsy is that it is in the middle of a challenge. My challenge won't be completed if the miles don't post. *sigh*
