I was rather surprised this week when I received a call personally from Customer Service of KLM. I sent them an email last week to enquire about the type of aircraft that they will be using for the AMS-KUL-CGK route. And I was so surprised that they actually called me back and explained in detailed the whole operation to me !

Anyway, just fyi, they are still using the Combi on that route until at least March next year. So far they have no intention to change it to the 400 series, or do any refitting of the cabin for the Combi (not that she knows).

Well, if this is the way customer service is always for both KLM and FB, that is the way to go! ^
